Joe Adams

Joe is a Director of the SLEEGERS Group of Companies and Chief Compliance Officer of EDPRO Capital Inc. Joe is a Mechanical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies. Throughout his career, Joe has built many positive relationships in the pressure vessel field and among North American regulatory bodies. Joe Adams is a Registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.

Andy Bite

Previously, as a Senior Executive with two North American energy sector distribution companies, Andy’s responsibilities included operations management and strategic initiatives including acquisitions, due diligence, negotiations and business integration.

Andy is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.

Dianna Carter

Dianna has spearheaded the customer service function of EDPRO since its inception.  Dianna brought with her twenty years of customer focused, operational and administrative management in the telecommunications and energy industry.

Dianna is a graduate of Ottawa’s Carleton University.

David Eastin

David is a highly experienced and tenured executive in the propane energy industry. Until 2006, he served as President of Canada’s largest and only publicly traded propane distributor. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of a large publicly traded propane company in the United States.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa and an MBA from Duquesne University in Pennsylvania.

Don Edwards

Don is founder and director of the EDPRO group of companies. 

He worked previously as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Canada’s leading propane distributor.

Jeff Goud

Jeff is the Chief Administrative Officer of EDPRO Capital Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College and has been a certified member of the Society of Management Accountants since 1992. Jeff has worked for the SLEEGERS Group of companies in an accounting and administrative capacity since 1990.

Joe Erskine

A veteran of the propane industry, Joe has been integral to the development and implementation of EDPRO’s business model since the company’s inception.  Joe has the responsibility of the day-to-day business operations of EDPRO Energy Group Inc.

Dan Granger

Dan is President and a principal shareholder of Granger Fuels Limited, a major petroleum products distributor in Southwestern Ontario.

Dan is a graduate of London's University of Western Ontario

Bob Israel

As counsel to the London-based law firm, Harrison Pensa LLP, Bob is in the business and financial services practice.

Bob is an experienced corporate commercial lawyer who specializes in the purchase and sale of businesses, financings, joint ventures, and succession planning issues for private sector companies.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Law (with distinction) and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.

Julia Johnston

Julia brings extensive human resource and administrative services expertise to the company.

Her career background with Tier 1 employers has proven to be a significant benefit to the group.

Joe Mayo

Joe has twenty years of major Account Management service with IBM Canada.

Joe is career focus oriented towards customer service, customer relationship management, as well as marketing and sales.

Doug Montgomery

For over thirty years, Doug held various operational and administrative roles in the propane energy industry.

Doug is a graduate of Ryerson.

Geoff Pulford

Geoff is the CEO of Harrison Pensa LLP, responsible for planning, policy, business and operational implementation.

As a Senior Executive, Geoff has extensive experience with growth companies.  He was President of the medical and industrial gases division of a rapidly growing U.S. public company. His working experience includes a public accounting firm and a Canadian chartered bank.

Geoff is a graduate of Bishop’s University and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Craig Rogers

Craig has progressive years of accounting experience in the propane, agricultural, and public accounting sectors. Craig is responsible for overseeing EDPRO’s financial affairs, including streamlining business processes.

Craig is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and the University of Windsor, and is a member of the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario.

Peter Sleegers

Co-founder of EDPRO Peter is the founder of the SLEEGERS group of companies, a major manufacturer of pressure vessels for North American markets.

Dave Williams

A senior litigator, who the Law Society of Upper Canada has designated as a specialist in Civil Litigation, Dave’s practice includes commercial litigation, personal injury work for both plaintiffs and defendants, class actions and employment matters. 

Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Ontario and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
